"The hardest thing for me was quitting drinking and smoking. It's called an addiction for a reason, you don't know why you do it or need it but you just do. The mental exercises are what got me through it. Actually putting it on paper and seeing it really made a change. I don't think I would've made it through without that, something about putting pen to paper made my habits change, saying it was one thing but having to write it down and seeing my own words made a big difference."
"My life changed completely! All I used to do was work, drink, smoke and eat and now fitness is part of my life. Which week of Titan was the most challenging for you?
"Whew, I don't know, every week! (laughing) You think the week you're in is the worse and then the next one will top it. That's a hard one, I don't know. But that's what it's designed for, to push you, that's why people don't see results because they do the same thing over and this is designed to teach you to do something new every week."
Is there anything in your life that you overcame that you don't feel you would have had it not been for the Titan Transformation?
"I think that every woman needs to try it and stop being intimidated by working out in the gym and lifting weights, everything is covered there are pictures and diagrams you're looking at it and reading it there is nothing that you don't know how to do by the time you get through the program. It takes you by the hand and shows you how to do everything."
"Nothing would have changed in my life had it not been for the program, I would probably be heavier, I wouldn't have stopped smoking or drinking. Once you start changing for yourself everything around you changes, the people you hang out with the choices you make the things you surround yourself with, it all changes. It made me feel like the strongest woman in the world! I was happy, mentally and emotionally. I felt happy with the way I look, I was closer with my family, it was such a positive experience.
